Sol-Ana Martinez

Originally from Argentina and New Jersey, Sol-Ana moved to Philadelphia in 2015 and later graduated with an MSW from West Chester University. She went on to work closely with those living with substance use disorder and behavioral health needs as a medical case manager and then supervisor. Sol-Ana went on to obtain her LCSW which allowed her to further her career as a social worker and continue her passion of working directly with patients while on an interdisciplinary team. She believes in healthcare as a basic right and working alongside the reentry population in order to ensure positive health outcomes and continued quality care.
